To adjust the height of the Aureday 50-Inches Extendable Adjustable Smartphone Tripod, follow these steps:
1. Start by extending the bottom legs fully. Pull each leg section outwards until it locks into place.
2. Next, extend the next section of the legs. Repeat the same process of pulling each leg section outwards until it locks into place.
3. Finally, extend the top section of the tripod legs. Pull the top section outwards until it locks into place.
4. Once you have extended all the sections, you can adjust the height by unlocking the leg locks and sliding the legs up or down to your desired height.
5. After setting the desired height, make sure to lock the leg locks securely to ensure stability.
