To adjust the brightness and contrast settings on the Dell SE2719H monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu button located on the bottom side of the monitor.
2. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to navigate to the "Brightness/Contrast" option and press the Menu button to select it.
3. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to adjust the brightness level and press the Menu button to confirm the selection.
4. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to adjust the contrast level and press the Menu button to confirm the selection.
5. Once you have made the desired adjustments, press the Menu button to exit the menu.
