Yes, you can use the wifi version of the Anova Precision Cooker manually. The wifi functionality is an added feature that allows you to control and monitor the cooker remotely using the Anova Culinary App. However, if you prefer to operate the cooker manually without using the app or wifi, you can simply set the desired temperature and cooking time using the numeric scroll wheel on the device itself. The wifi feature is optional and not necessary for basic operation of the cooker.
