It is not recommended to use the ANKER A2524 Wireless Charger with an ultra-thick protective phone case or a case with a magnetic/iron plate. This is because such cases may affect the wireless charging function of the charger. It is best to remove any thick protective cases before placing your smartphone on the wireless charger to ensure optimal charging performance.
