To adjust the cooking time on the Hamilton Beach Rice Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Press the ON/OFF ( ) button to initiate the steaming cycle.
2. To adjust the desired cooking time, press the up or down arrows. The maximum steam time is 1 hour.
3. If no adjustment is made to the cooking time, the unit will begin steaming after approximately 5 seconds.
4. The unit will switch to the WARM mode for up to 1 hour. The WARM mode can be canceled at any time by pressing the ON/OFF ( ) button.
By adjusting the cooking time, you can ensure that your food is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remember to refer to the steaming chart in the manual for approximate cooking times for different food items.
