To connect the DIGITUS DA-70892 USB-C Docking Station to your device, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your device has a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode).
2. Connect the USB-C end of the docking station to the USB-C port on your device.
3. Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI Out port on the docking station to an HDMI display (such as a monitor, projector, or TV).
4. If you want to connect additional peripheral equipment, use the USB 3.0 ports on the docking station. Connect your peripherals (such as USB memory sticks, mouse, keyboard, or USB hub) to these ports.
5. If you want to connect to a network, use the RJ45 port on the docking station. Connect an Ethernet cable from the RJ45 port to your network router or switch.
6. Once all connections are made, power on your device and the connected display.
Please note that the USB-C docking station supports USB 3.0 SuperSpeed (5 Gbps max.) for fast data transmission and HDMI resolution up to UHD 4K/30 Hz. The docking station is plug and play, so no driver or software installation is required.
