To assemble the ARDESTO MGL-3580D Electric Meat Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Press the fastening button and insert the head into the inlet, ensuring it is adjusted in the appropriate direction.
2. Push the locking handle until it is in the vertical position and insert the tube.
3. Place the snake into the head, long end first, and turn to feed the xxxx slightly until it is set into the motor housing.
4. Attach the cutting blade onto the snake shaft with the blade facing the front.
5. Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting blade, fitting the protrusions into the slot.
6. Support or press the center of the cutting plate with one finger, then tighten the fixing ring with another hand. Do not over-tighten.
7. Place the hopper plate on the head and fix it into position.
8. Ensure the appliance is located on a firm surface and the air passage at the bottom and side of the motor housing is not blocked.
To use the meat grinder:
1. Cut the meat into 10cm-long, 2cm-thick strips, removing bones, gristle, and sinews.
2. Place the meat in the tray and use the pusher to gently push it into the cutter housing.
3. For steak tartare, mince the meat with the medium grinding disc twice.
4. To make kebbe, follow the assembly steps for making kebbe and feed the prepared kebbe mixture through the kebbe maker.
5. To make sausages, follow the assembly steps for making sausages and put the ingredients in the tray. Push the (seasoned) minced meat into the cutter housing using the pusher.
6. To make noodles, use cutting plates 10 or 11, fill the tray with flour continuously, and mix 75g flour and 25g water to form a paste. Divide it into 2 pieces and use the pusher to propel it through the cutter housing with a force of 5N.
