To clean the interior of the oven, make sure it is switched off and unplugged. Leave the oven to cool down completely before cleaning. After each use, preferably clean the oven while it is still moderately warm. Caked food residues will still be soft and can be removed easily. Use a soft cloth and warm water with some washing-up liquid added to clean the interior. Do not use abrasives or metal scrapers as they can damage the oven.
At the bottom of the oven, you will find the crumb tray. Carefully remove it from the oven, making sure not to damage the heating elements. Remove all crumbs and wipe the tray clean using a damp cloth. Dry the crumb tray and place it back in the oven.
For the separate accessories such as the grill rack, baking tray, and handle, you can clean them with warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Thoroughly dry everything before using them again.
