To use the Coaxial Stripper with removable blade module for RG-59/6/7/11, follow these steps:
1. Identify the type of coaxial cable you are working with (RG-59, RG-6, RG-7, or RG-11).
2. Locate the appropriate blade module for the specific cable type. The blade modules are removable and can be interchanged based on the cable type.
3. Insert the coaxial cable into the stripper, ensuring that the cable is fully inserted and seated properly.
4. Hold the stripper firmly and rotate it around the cable in a circular motion. Apply slight pressure to ensure the blade cuts through the outer insulation of the cable.
5. Continue rotating the stripper until the outer insulation is completely cut.
6. Once the outer insulation is cut, remove the stripper from the cable.
7. Gently pull the cut section of the outer insulation away from the cable to expose the inner conductor.
8. Use a separate tool, such as a cable cutter or stripper, to trim the exposed inner conductor to the desired length.
9. Repeat the process for any additional coaxial cables.
