To assemble the Goldair GCDF330B 30cm Whisper Quiet Desk Fan, follow these steps:
1. Assemble the molded base using the 3 retaining screws. These screws are included in a small bag taped to the inside of the surround. Position the surround on the molded retaining clips of the base and snap it into place. Ensure that the power cable is also through the base.
2. Make sure that the surround has clipped firmly into position onto the fan base. xxxx the 3 retaining screws into the holes on the underside of the base. Do not over-tighten these screws.
3. Assemble the grill by taking off the guard locking nut from the motor shaft.
4. Place the rear guard on the front of the motor housing. Line up the lugs on the front of the motor housing with the holes in the rear guard. xxxx on the guard locking nut tightly to attach the rear guard.
5. Place the fan blade on the motor shaft and secure it by tightening the fan blade nut.
6. Line up the front grill with the plastic ring with the back grill and snap them into position. Tighten the xxxx of the plastic ring to hold the grills in place.
Once the fan is assembled, you can proceed to operate it according to the instructions provided in the manual.
