To fill the ROTHENBERGER ROAIRVAC R32 vacuum pump with oil, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the pump is turned off before filling it with oil.
2. Unscrew the charging plug located on the upper part of the pump.
3. Slowly add the recommended oil (ROTHENBERGER oil) into the pump until the middle of the sight glass is reached. The oil level should be indicated by the MAX MIN line.
4. xxxx the charging plug back on tightly.
It is important to use only ROTHENBERGER oil as different lubricants can reduce performance and may cause irreversible damage to the pump. The warranty will be void if other oil is used.
To avoid excessive filling, it is recommended to use a graduated recipient for adding the oil. This will make it easier to check the volume added. If the pump is overfilled, it is necessary to completely empty the pump and repeat the oil filling procedure.
Note: Take care not to spill the oil and pollute the environment. The lubricant oil is considered special waste and must be disposed of according to relevant local laws and guidelines.
