To configure the gain setting on the ANALOG DEVICES UG-298 Evaluation Board, you will need to use the 3-pin header, J2. The gain setting options are 6 dB and 12 dB.
To set the gain to 6 dB, place a jumper across the center pin and the right pin of J2. This will connect the amplifier GAIN pin to VDD.
To set the gain to 12 dB, place a jumper across the center pin and the left pin of J2. This will connect the amplifier GAIN pin to GND.

It is important to note that the gain select pin allows you to select the gain without using external resistors, improving gain matching between multiple devices. The input impedance is 80 kΩ and is independent of the gain setting.
