To install the 351CPGWOKNG 13 Inch Natural Gas Wok Range, please follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the appliance and its individual shut-off valve from the gas supply piping system during any pressure testing of the system.
2. Install a manual gas shut-off valve in the gas supply line ahead of the appliance and gas pressure regulator for safety and ease in servicing.
3. Install the gas pressure regulator supplied with the appliance on the appliance prior to connecting it to the gas line. Make sure to check the serial plate on the unit to ensure the proper gas type is used.
4. The gas supply line must be the same size or greater than the inlet line of the appliance. Use a ¾” NPT inlet for Cooking Performance Group appliances.
5. Seal all pipe joints with a joint compound suitable for liquid propane and natural gas.
6. Check all connections for leaks with a soapy water solution before lighting any pilots.
