To clean the Cadco CBC-HH-L7 Junior Mobile Buffet Cart, follow these steps:
1. Wash the removable parts, such as the steam pans and rolltop lids, in warm sudsy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly. The clear lids are top-rack dishwasher safe.
2. Clean the buffet server cart top with a mild detergent and a soft moist cloth. Do not use any scouring agents or steel wool. Do not submerge the buffet server cart top or let the heat control come in contact with water.
3. Wash the side and front laminate panels with a damp cloth when necessary. Do not use abrasive kitchen cleaners or bleach.
4. If there is any food residue remaining on the metal cart surface, gently scrub it with a fine cleansing pad such as nylon mesh or other ordinary cleansing pad. Rinse and wipe dry. Do not allow water to spill or seep into the frame.
5. To polish the cart, use a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Any remaining food residue can be removed with a gentle stroke of a nylon mesh pad. Rinse and wipe dry. Do not allow water to spill or seep into the frame.
Note: It is normal for the heating surface to eventually discolor due to heat. If any maintenance other than normal care and cleaning is required, it should be performed by the Cadco Factory or an authorized service center.
