The HEIRLOOM Genesis 510 Extended Towel Warmer takes approximately 20-30 minutes to reach maximum operating temperature. It uses minimal electrical power, about the same as an average traditional light bulb. Please note that the temperature of the towel warmer will vary with the ambient temperature of your room. The towel warmer is designed to warm and assist in drying towels and will normally operate at a temperature that is too hot to be grasped for an extended time.
