To install the Shinko LV-300 Level Switch, follow these steps:
1. Choose a suitable mounting location that meets the environmental conditions specified in the manual. Ensure there is minimal dust, no corrosive gases, few vibrations or shocks, and no direct sunlight or rapid temperature changes.
2. Mount the instrument at the position where the granule level actually changes. If the granule load is large, install an adequate guard plate.
3. Use the main unit mounting nut to secure the instrument. If it is difficult to set or remove the wing in a hopper, you can use a flange (sold separately).
4. When inserting the wing shaft, be careful not to push or insert it too hard. Insert it up to the point carefully and then manually rotate it.
5. Ensure proper wiring by following the wiring precautions mentioned in the manual. Install a power switch and fuse near the instrument.
