To adjust the length of the RENPHO R-Q008 Smart Jump Rope, follow these steps:
1. Straighten the rope to your armpits and try jumping to check if the length is suitable.
2. Refer to the optimal jump rope length chart provided in the user manual.
3. Use the rope buckle and rope cap included in the package to adjust the length.
4. Unscrew the rope buckle and slide it up or down the rope to the desired position.
5. Once you have set the desired length, secure the rope buckle in place by tightening the xxxx .
6. Finally, attach the rope cap to the end of the rope to prevent it from fraying.
Note: It is recommended to adjust the length of the jump rope while holding the handle with the Mode Button facing upward for easy reading of the LCD display.
