To adjust the temperature on the Hatco GRS-24-H Glo-Ray Heated Shelf, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the unit and unplug the power cord.
2. Locate the thermostat control xxxx on the unit.
3. Turn the thermostat control xxxx clockwise to increase the temperature setting or counterclockwise to decrease the temperature setting.
4. Allow the unit to reach the desired temperature before placing food on the shelf.
