To update the firmware on your JBC B-iRON soldering iron, please follow these steps:
1. Download the firmware update file from the official JBC website (www.jbctools.com).
2. Check if the "JBC" folder is present in the internal storage of the Android device you are using as the B-iRON monitor. If the folder does not exist, create it.
3. Copy the downloaded firmware update file into the "JBC" folder on your Android device.
4. Access the JBC B-iRON app on your Android device.
5. Within the app, navigate to the "Update" menu.
6. Select the downloaded firmware update file from the "JBC" folder and click on the "Update" button.
7. The firmware update process will begin and typically takes around 5 minutes to complete.
8. During the update process, the B-iRON light will continuously change colors.
9. Once the update is finished, your JBC B-iRON soldering iron will be running on the latest firmware version, ensuring optimal performance.
