To connect a microphone to the Ecler SAM612T mixer, you have two options.
Option 1: Use the microphone input on the back panel:
- Locate the microphone input xxxx terminal strip for the desired channel (11).
- Connect the microphone to the xxxx terminal strip using the appropriate wiring diagram for microphones provided in the manual.
- Adjust the microphone sensitivity on the back panel (14) if necessary.
Option 2: Use the microphone input on the front panel:
- Use the microphone input (1) on the front panel, which is connected in parallel with the back panel input for the same channel.
- Connect the microphone to the front panel input using a standard microphone cable.
Note: The Ecler SAM612T mixer is designed for low impedance (200 to 600 ohms) and monophonic microphones. It also has a phantom power supply for condenser microphones, which can be individually switched on/off using internal jumpers.
Please refer to the manual for more detailed instructions and diagrams on connecting microphones to the Ecler SAM612T mixer.
