To upgrade the firmware on the Septentrio AsteRx SB3 Ruggedized GNSS Receiver, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
2. Visit the Septentrio support website at http://www.septentrio.com/support and navigate to the firmware download section.
3. Download the latest firmware package for the AsteRx SB3 ProBase.
4. Extract the downloaded firmware package to a location on your computer.
5. Connect your AsteRx SB3 receiver to your computer using a USB cable.
6. Open the web interface of the receiver by entering its IP address in a web browser.
7. Log in to the web interface using the default credentials or the ones you have set.
8. Navigate to the firmware upgrade section in the web interface.
9. Click on the "Browse" or "Choose File" button and select the firmware file you extracted earlier.
10. Start the firmware upgrade process and wait for it to complete. Do not disconnect the receiver during the upgrade process.
11. Once the firmware upgrade is finished, the receiver will automatically restart with the new firmware.
