To select the input impedance on the FREE THE TONE IG-1N Integrated Gate, you can use the Lo-Z/Hi-Z Select Switch. This switch allows you to choose between two input impedance options: 800 k (Hi-Z) and 300 k (Lo-Z). If you are unsure which impedance to set, you can alternate between the two positions and select the impedance that sounds most natural to you. It is important to achieve impedance matching to ensure optimal sound quality. If impedance matching is not achieved, the bass may be cut off or the treble may be emphasized.
