To clean the TRiSTAR RA-2747 Raclette Stone Grill, follow these steps:
1. Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down.
2. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as they can damage the appliance.
3. The pans are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash them with warm soapy water.
4. The baking plate can be cleaned in a dishwasher after it has completely cooled down. However, hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to extend the durability of the product.
5. After cleaning the baking pans, dry them with a towel and let them air dry with the grip on top.
6. Do not clean the inside or outside of the appliance with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this can damage the finish.
7. The appliance is not dishwasher proof.
Please note that when cleaning the stone grill plate, it is important to take precautionary measures. The stone grill plate is a natural product, and each stone is unique. Depending on the degree of porosity, one stone may absorb more water than another. Immersing a stone in water can cause it to break when heated during the next use. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid immersing the stone grill plate in water and instead clean it with a damp cloth.
