To enable Track Mode on your Tesla Model 3, follow these steps:
1. Shift into Park.
2. Touch Controls > Pedals & Steering > Track Mode on the touchscreen.
3. Once enabled, the word "TRACK" will be displayed on the touchscreen above the driving speed, and a Track Mode pop-up window will appear on the map.
4. The car status area of the touchscreen will also display a color-coded image of your Model 3, providing important at-a-glance status information about the Battery, motors, tires, and brakes.
Please note that Track Mode is only available on Performance Model 3 vehicles equipped with performance brakes and tires. Vehicles without these performance components may experience lower performance and endurance.
It is important to remember that Track Mode is designed for use on closed circuit driving courses only. It is the driver's responsibility to drive safely and ensure the safety of others. Always exercise caution when using Track Mode, as vehicle behavior may differ from normal driving conditions.
