Yes, the UtechSmart UCN3270 USB C Laptop Docking Station supports dual monitors. It has two HDMI ports that can support resolutions up to 3840x2160@30Hz on each monitor. You can connect two HDMI monitors to the docking station and extend your laptop's display across both screens for increased productivity.
Please note that the docking station also has a VGA port, but it does not support triple display on macOS. The extend mode is not supported on macOS, but it is supported on Windows systems.
