This issue can be resolved by resetting the headset and ensuring a proper connection between the earbuds. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Put both earbuds back into the charging box and wait until they are fully charged.
2. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and delete the TOZO-T8 devices records.
3. Once the earbuds are fully charged, take them out of the charging box and place them in your ears.
4. Wait for about 10 seconds. The right (R) and left (L) earbuds will turn on automatically and connect with each other.
5. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and search for and connect to TOZO-T8-R. Do not select TOZO-T8-L.
6. After the connection is established, you should be able to enjoy music from both earbuds.
