If your Arteck HB192 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard is not pairing with your device, there could be a few possible reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Make sure the keyboard is in pairing mode: Turn on the keyboard and wait for the LED indicator to blink 10 times within 10 seconds. This indicates that the keyboard is in pairing mode.
2. Check Bluetooth compatibility: Ensure that your device (tablet PC, laptop, desktop, smartphone, etc.) supports Bluetooth connectivity and is compatible with the Arteck HB192 keyboard.
3. Verify Bluetooth settings on your device: On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Also, check if the keyboard's Bluetooth name (B.O.W) is being detected by your device. If not, try restarting both the keyboard and your device.
4. Reset Bluetooth connections: If you have previously paired the keyboard with another device, make sure to unpair it from that device before attempting to pair it with a new device. You can usually do this by going to the Bluetooth settings on the previous device and selecting "Forget" or "Unpair" for the Arteck HB192 keyboard.
5. Charge the keyboard: If the keyboard's battery power is low, it may not be able to establish a Bluetooth connection. Connect the keyboard to a power source using the provided USB cable and allow it to charge. The charging indicator should turn red while charging and then green when fully charged.
