To change the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the KONQUEST KDT-1201 Digital Thermometer, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the power button.
2. Wait for the thermometer to display the current temperature reading.
3. Press and hold the mode button for a few seconds until the temperature unit symbol (°C or °F) starts flashing on the screen.
4. While the unit symbol is flashing, press the mode button again to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
5. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, wait for a few seconds until the unit symbol stops flashing and the thermometer displays the temperature in the chosen unit.
