To control the Haier AD71SMS5FA-SET 7.1kW Low Profile Ducted system using the SmartHQ app, you will need to install the optional Wi-Fi accessory. Once the accessory is installed, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the SmartHQ app on your smartphone.
2. Open the app and create an account if you don't have one already.
3. Connect your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi network as the Low Profile Ducted system.
4. On the app, tap on the "+" icon to add a new device.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the app to your Low Profile Ducted system.
6. Once connected, you can use the app to control various functions of the system, such as adjusting the temperature, changing modes, setting timers, and more.
7. You can also use voice control with a smart home device, such as Google Home or Amazon Alexa, if supported.
Please note that the SmartHQ app and Wi-Fi accessory are optional and need to be purchased separately. For more detailed instructions and troubleshooting, refer to the user guide provided with the product.
