If you cannot find "ZVOLTZ" in your Bluetooth settings, there could be a few reasons for this. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Make sure the earbuds are not already paired to another device. If they are, turn off the Bluetooth on the other device and try pairing again.
2. Check the battery level of the earbuds. If the earbuds have reached 0% battery life, place them back into the charging case and allow them to recharge for around 5 minutes. If the charging case has also run out of battery, plug it into a USB power source using the provided Type-C cable.
3. Ensure that the earbuds are turned on. You may have accidentally turned them off. Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on the earbuds for 3-4 seconds to turn them on.
