To change the temperature unit on the Wezzer Mt50 Cooking Thermometer, press the LIGHT / °C/°F button (labeled as (1) in the diagram). Each press of the button will toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) units. The current temperature unit will be displayed on the LCD screen (labeled as (4) in the diagram).
