To set the clock on the Instapark PWT-07 Outdoor Digital Programmable Single Outlet, follow these steps:
1. Turn the dial to the "SET CLOCK" position.
2. The clock functions in 24-hour mode. Press the "+" button or "-" button to select the correct time. If you press and hold the buttons, the numbers will change more rapidly.
3. Note that when new batteries are inserted, the clock will reset to 12:00 PM.
