To install the BLAUBERG WKH Water Duct Heater in your air duct system, please follow the instructions provided in the user manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Choose the appropriate location in the air duct system for installation. Ensure that there is enough space for the heater and that it allows for easy access for maintenance and pipe connections.
2. Make sure the air ducts you are connecting the heater to have the same diameter as the heater.
3. If necessary, install an air filter in front of the heater in the direction of air flow.
4. Connect the water pipes to the heater. The heater can be connected horizontally from the side or vertically from above. Connecting pipes vertically from below is not allowed.
5. Ensure that the water temperature is above 0°C when using water as the heat carrier.
6. If the heater is placed in front of a fan, adjust the fan's capacity to prevent the air temperature from exceeding the maximum permissible value.
7. Once the installation is complete, check for any visible damage to the heater, foreign objects in the duct, or leaks in the connections.
