To use the Pure Enrichment BD15525 TENS Electronic Pulse Stimulator, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the device by pressing the power button.
2. Select a program mode by using the mode button. There are 6 preset therapy programs to choose from, targeting different areas of the body such as the waist, shoulder, joint, hand, leg, and foot.
3. Place the electrode pads on your skin in the desired treatment area. Ensure that the pads are securely attached and making good contact with your skin.
4. Adjust the intensity level using the intensity buttons. The device has 0 to 10 levels of adjustable output intensity. Start with a lower intensity and gradually increase it to a comfortable level.
5. Use the LCD screen to monitor your therapy session. The screen displays important information such as the body part therapy, time left, program mode, massage, and speed settings.
6. Each therapy session lasts for 15 minutes. The device has a built-in therapy timer that automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of continuous use.
7. After the session is complete, turn off the device and remove the electrode pads from your skin.
