To connect the hp Sync 40-M Speakerphone to your device, you have two options: USB and Bluetooth.

1. USB Connection:
   - Plug the USB Type-A cable into the USB Type-A port on your PC.
   - Connect the other end of the cable to the USB Type-A port on the speakerphone.
   - The speakerphone will automatically connect to your PC.

2. Bluetooth Connection:
   - Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or PC.
   - Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the speakerphone until the Bluetooth LED starts flashing.
   - On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Poly Sync 40-M" from the list.
   - Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
   - Once paired, the Bluetooth LED on the speakerphone will stop flashing and remain solid.

Note: The hp Sync 40-M Speakerphone can be paired with up to 8 devices. If you have previously paired the speakerphone with another device, make sure to disconnect or unpair it before attempting to connect it to a new device.
