To adjust the height of the GIXIYIDY Selfie Ring Light with Tripod, follow these steps:
1. Gently pull on the base of the selfie ring light to extend the telescoping rod.
2. You can place your foot on the base to prevent it from moving around while extending the rod.
3. Continue extending the rod until you reach the desired height.
4. Once the desired height is reached, the telescoping rod will lock in place.
5. To make the selfie light taller, you can repeat the process of extending the telescoping rod.
Please note that the telescoping stand can be adjusted from 28 inches to 58 inches, providing flexibility in height for your desired lighting setup.
