To install and set up the Livoo TEA296 USB Conference Microphone, please follow these steps:
1. Plug the USB microphone into any PC or laptop. The driver installation should start automatically.
2. After the driver installation is complete, press the ON/OFF button on the microphone to activate or mute the microphone. The working indicator light will turn on or off accordingly.
3. Your PC or laptop should set the USB microphone as the default recording device automatically. However, if it doesn't, follow these steps:
a. Right-click the speaker icon on your computer's taskbar and select "Audio devices."
b. Right-click on the USB microphone and set it as the default device.
c. Click on the properties of the USB microphone to ensure it is not muted and adjust other settings as needed.
d. Speak into the microphone, and you should see the green volume icon respond.
4. If you are using recording or online chat software, open the software's settings and choose the USB microphone as the default recording device from the device list. Complete any other necessary settings.
5. Once all the settings are finished, the microphone is ready to use. You can easily activate or mute the microphone by pressing the ON/OFF button. The blue light on the microphone will turn on or off accordingly.
