To calibrate the ADAM IHSa Series Crane Scale, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power of the scale and then turn it on again.
2. Press the [Change/lb/kg] key during self-checking. The display will show "Bee0", indicating that the scale has entered the setting mode.
3. Press the [Hold] or [Change/lb/kg] key to shift the parameter items.
4. Use the [Zero] key to confirm and escape from setting the current item.
5. To calibrate the scale, hold the [Zero] button when the scale is powered on.
6. The display on the scale will show "SPAN". Make sure the hook is empty or has the slings or chains to be used in place.
7. Depress the [Zero] button. The display on the scale will show "Set", then "0", and then "0000.0" after a few seconds. Zero calibration is now complete.
8. Enter the weight to calibrate with by using the [Hold] key to increment a digit, then the [Change/lb/kg] key to move it across the screen left.
9. For example, if you want to calibrate with a 3-ton calibration mass, the display on the scale will show "3000.0".
10. Add the calibrated mass on the hook. It is best if the mass is close to the capacity where possible.
11. When the scale is stable, press the [Zero] button. The display will show "HOLd".
12. After a few seconds, the calibration is complete.
Note: Make sure to calibrate in the appropriate unit (lb or kg) based on your needs. If an error occurs during calibration, refer to the error messages in the manual for troubleshooting steps.
