To properly use the Easy Home EBP-095 Blood Pressure Monitor, please follow these steps:
1. Before taking a measurement, ensure that you are in a quiet and relaxed environment. Avoid consuming caffeine, alcohol, or tobacco at least 30 minutes prior to the measurement.
2. Sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported. Rest your arm on a table or armrest, ensuring that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
3. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, positioning it approximately 2-3 cm above your elbow joint. The cuff should fit snugly but not too tight. Make sure the air tube is aligned with your middle finger.
4. Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the monitor. The display will show "0" and then "1" to indicate it is ready for measurement.
5. Press the "START/STOP" button to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically, and you will feel slight pressure on your arm. Remain still and avoid talking or moving during the measurement.
6. The monitor will display your systolic pressure (upper value), diastolic pressure (lower value), and pulse rate. After the measurement, the cuff will deflate automatically.
7. To turn off the monitor, press and hold the "ON/OFF" button until the display turns off.
Note: It is recommended to take multiple measurements at different times of the day to get an accurate average reading. Consult with your healthcare professional for specific instructions on monitoring your blood pressure.
