To change the sanding sheet on the Bosch 550, 55-225 GTR Professional Drywall Sander, follow these steps:
1. Pull the plug out of the socket before carrying out any work on the power tool.
2. Lift the sanding sheet from the side and pull it off the intermediate pad.
3. Remove any dirt and dust from the intermediate pad using a paintbrush.
4. Press the new sanding sheet firmly onto the underside of the intermediate pad.
5. Make sure that the punched holes in the sanding sheet are aligned with the punched holes in the intermediate pad and the drilled holes in the sanding pad.
6. If you are using the medium-hard sanding pad, you do not need to use an intermediate pad. Attach the sanding sheet directly to the sanding pad.
7. Ensure that the sanding sheet is securely attached before operating the sander.
