To properly assemble the Livoo DOC271 Barbecue Pizza Oven, please follow the assembly instructions provided in the instruction manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Remove all protective packaging and ensure that all parts are included and undamaged.
2. Position the Barbecue pizza oven on a stable and level surface.
3. Refer to the parts list and assembly diagrams in the manual to identify the different components.
4. Start by placing the charcoal rack in the bowl of the Barbecue pizza oven, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
5. Place a single layer of charcoal on top of the charcoal rack. Do not overfill the bowl with charcoal. The maximum amount of charcoal to be used should not exceed 50% of the maximum capacity of the tank.
6. Once the charcoal is in place, you can proceed to light it. Use solid fire starters and position them among the charcoal. Do not use liquid firelighters or fire lighting gel.
7. Wear protective gloves and open the vents (if applicable) to allow air to flow and accelerate combustion.
8. The Barbecue pizza oven must be heated up and the fuel kept glowing for at least 30 minutes before the first cooking. Wait for a layer of ash to cover the fuel before starting to cook.
9. After each use, allow the Barbecue pizza oven, ashes, and accessories to cool completely before cleaning and storing. It is recommended to empty the ashes 24 hours after using the Barbecue pizza oven.
10. Clean the appliance and its accessories after each use to avoid the accumulation of grease. Use a strong degreaser and avoid using sharp objects or abrasive cleaners on the cooking grate or pan.
11. Store the Barbecue pizza oven in a dry and sheltered place when not in use. If leaving it outside, protect it from rain and moisture with a cover.
