To install and operate the Chicago Pneumatic CP871C, CP873C Tire Buffer, please follow the instructions provided in the manual.
Installation/Operation:
1. Fix the accessories properly to the tool.
2. Connect the device as shown in Figure 01.
3. To start the machine, pull the trigger (A). The machine speed increases by increasing pressure on the trigger. Release the trigger to stop.
Maintenance Instructions:
1. Follow local country environmental regulations for safe handling and disposal of all components.
2. Maintenance and repair work must be carried out by qualified personnel using only original spare parts. Contact the manufacturer or your nearest authorized dealer for advice on technical service or if you require spare parts.
3. Always ensure that the machine is disconnected from the energy source to avoid accidental operation.
4. Disassemble and inspect the tool every three months (500 hours) if the tool is used every day. Replace damaged or worn parts.
5. The safety xxxx should be replaced when damaged, and in any case replaced during maintenance operations (every 500 hours).
6. To keep downtime to a minimum, it is recommended to use the recommended service kit: Tune-up kit.
