To adjust the heating level on the Snailax SL-661 Heating Pad for Neck and Shoulders, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the device by operating the control panel.
2. Look for the heating level buttons on the control panel. There should be two buttons labeled with + and - symbols.
3. Press the + button to increase the heating level or the - button to decrease it. The heating level is adjustable from 1 to 2.
4. Keep pressing the buttons until you reach your desired heating level.
5. The heating pad will start warming up according to the selected level.
