To connect the Ecler AUDEO 103 Surface Mount Loudspeakers to your amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Determine the desired operating mode: The AUDEO 103 can operate in high-impedance mode or low-impedance mode. Use the five-position switch on the rear panel to select the operating mode.
2. Select the power level: The four 100V power line switch positions allow you to set the maximum power that will be used by each unit. Choose the appropriate power level for your application.
3. Connect the speaker cable: Use the Euroblock connector on the back of the cabinet to connect the speaker cable. Make sure to line up the right polarity on the terminals.
4. Mount the speakers: Use the included articulated wall mounts and screws to mount the speakers on a solid and firm surface. Follow the provided mounting procedure in the user manual.
5. Adjust the sound pressure levels: Always adjust the output sound pressure levels to meet your reproduction requirements. Keep in mind that these speakers can produce higher-pressure levels than home speakers.
