To install the HOFTRONIC 4401269 Ip65 T8 Single and Double Led Fixture, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the AC/Mains power is not connected and cannot be unexpectedly reconnected during installation.
2. This product must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the provided instructions and in compliance with recognized electrical and safety regulations of your country.
3. Disconnect the lamp from the mains supply and let it cool down before replacement.
4. Carefully observe all instructions and warnings labeled on or supplied with your product.
5. This product is suitable for outdoor use, but if you have any doubts, consult a qualified electrician.
6. The lamp is suitable for connecting through the terminal wiring. Connect the mains supply with the terminal as follows:
- L = Brown
- N = Blue
- Green / Yellow (ground)
7. Never touch the fitting when the lamp is turned on.
8. In case of lamp failure, disconnect the lamp from the mains supply and contact your electrician.
9. Repair work must only be done by a qualified electrician.
10. To install or replace the LED tube, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Disconnect the lamp from the mains supply and open the clip by hand after it has cooled down.
- Step 2: Remove the diffuser.
- Step 3: Install or replace the LED tube.
- Step 4: Put the diffuser back and lock the clips.
11. The fixture is equipped with G13 fittings, which allows for rotating the LED tubes.
