To use the SANPU Thermometer orally, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the thermometer is clean and sanitized before use.
2. Position the thermometer under the tongue in the proper spot.
3. Ensure that the probe makes excellent contact with the tissue under the tongue.
4. Refrain from speaking while taking the measurement and breathe normally through your nose.
5. Wait for the thermometer to complete the measurement before checking the reading.
