To clean the Hamilton Beach 25430 Electric Sandwich Maker Toaster, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe the cooking grids and the outside of the unit with a damp, soapy cloth.
3. Rinse the cloth and wipe the grids again to remove any soap residue.
4. Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleansers on any part of the unit.
5. Never use sharp or pointed objects for cleaning purposes, as they can damage the nonstick coating.
6. Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing. Lock the cover lock, and then the unit can be stored upright to save space.
