If the temperature reading on the SMARTRO ST59 Digital Meat Thermometer is higher than your oven, there are a few possible reasons. First, make sure that the probe is inserted in the center of the meat. It is important to use a thermometer with a long probe to ensure accurate readings. Additionally, it is possible that the oven temperature is not calibrated correctly.
