To set up the DEWENWILS HORS11B Outdoor Wireless Remote Control Outlet, follow these steps:
1. Connect the wireless remote control outlet to a power source. Plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
2. Connect the remote control transmitter to the outlet. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the remote transmitter for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep. This will pair the transmitter with the outlet.
3. Test the remote control functionality. Press the ON/OFF button on the remote transmitter to turn the outlet on or off. The outlet should respond accordingly.
Note: The wireless switches are left set to "OFF" when the power comes back on to conserve energy.
