To vacuum seal a bag using the Anova Precision Vacuum Sealer, follow these steps:
1. Place your desired food into an Anova pre-cut or rolled vacuum sealer bag.
2. Season the food as needed.
3. Insert the opened end of the bag into the Anova Precision Vacuum Sealer.
4. Press the "Vacuum & Seal" button for the auto function. This will start the vacuuming and sealing process.
5. The vacuum sealer will suction out the air from the bag and automatically seal it once the desired vacuum level is achieved.
6. If you want more control over the air extraction, you can use the "Pulse" button. Press it to manually control the vacuum level, and press the "Seal" button when the desired vacuum is achieved to close the bag ends individually.
